What is a travel allergy card?
A travel allergy card — sometimes called an allergy translation card or chef card — is a written card stating your food allergies in the local language of the country you're visiting. Instead of explaining a medical condition in a foreign language, you hand the card to restaurant staff, who can pass it straight to the kitchen.
